CrewTime is a service offered by DigitalInfra.

2. Processing of Personal Data

DigitalInfra processes personal data exclusively in the context of:

• entering into and performing agreements;
• the administrative and financial handling of services;
• customer support and communication;
• the security and proper functioning of its services and infrastructure;
• compliance with legal obligations.

In the context of CrewTime, the following data is processed, among others: name, email address, company data, hours worked and shift information, and payment data (processed via Mollie).

No special categories of personal data are processed, unless required by law.

3. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• the performance of an agreement;
• a legal obligation;
• the legitimate interest of DigitalInfra;
• the consent of the data subject, where required.

4. Processors and Third Parties

DigitalInfra may engage processors for the execution of its services. These act exclusively on behalf of DigitalInfra and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Personal data is not sold or rented to third parties.

5. Retention Periods

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account statutory retention periods.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.
